Alerts do not work
« on: March 08, 2021, 06:57:26 AM »
I have a problem, when i try to activate an alert i do not get it and it is not a mail server problem.

It does not come from the theme either.

@David
Notification emails are sent using daily cron.
  To get fast support, we need following details: Detail description, URL to reproduce problem, Screenshots

Does this mean that I receive the alerts once a day?

Cron setup properly in cron console? I was doing testing 2 months ago and few weeks ago as well and everything worked properly, so currently not planning to put any more effort to it.

Hi.  Alerts are firing properly upon problem detection, but although Ive ticked the box for Decreases I am not receiving another email when the problem is resolved.

Thank you
